Natural tendencies

´uns´s venues emphasise on wide range of art related from the “publication” to multiples or printed matter.  From that perspective ´uns presents the exhibition Natural tendencies that took place at Hotel Holt in Reykjavík.

Four artists participated in the event presenting photos, drawings, multiples and prints: Eygló Harðardóttir  is currently finalising the art book Sculpture for ‘uns. At Hótel Holt she presents two works: “Your turn-Five Sculptures” for ´tipsy guests to play with´as well asYour turn-Sketch Blocks” for bar guests to participate with scribble.  Katrín Agnes Klar is showing photo prints based on screensaver screenshots. The images are connected to an art book which will be published by ‘uns soon. Lukas Kindermann presents the drawing “Fallen Star” based on a jpeg of a meteorite. The computer made pencil drawing which is available in an edition of 25+3 copies at “uns”.  Guðrún Benónýsdóttir is showing printed images and texts installed on a glass table. These are recent works based on a new artbook currently in process. Sound as shifting, landscape in flux.
